SMASH HQ Racing League Continues to Grow as Season Approaches

By SMASH — March 8, 2026

The upcoming S.M.A.S.H iRacing League Season 1 is gaining momentum as more drivers join the grid and the infrastructure around the series continues to expand.

Over the past week, the SMASH HQ team has been focused on building the foundation that will support the league long-term — both on the website and inside the community Discord.

With the season approaching, several important pieces are now in place.

Official Schedule Page Now Live

One of the biggest additions is the new league schedule page now available on the SMASH HQ website.

Drivers and fans can now view the full race calendar at:

The page outlines the entire 12-week season, including race nights, tracks, and series structure. It will serve as the central location for all official scheduling updates moving forward.

As the league grows, this page will also host race results, standings, and future season announcements.

Driver Sign-Ups Still Open

The league grid is still filling up and driver sign-ups remain open.

SMASH HQ is currently looking for:

  • Full-time drivers

  • Reserve drivers

  • League moderators

  • Race control volunteers

All registration and league communication happens through the SMASH HQ Discord, which serves as the command center for the entire series.

Drivers interested in competing can join the Discord and sign up through the

driver-signup channel.

Practice Races Coming Soon

Before the official green flag drops, SMASH HQ will host practice races for league members.

These sessions will allow drivers to:

  • Get comfortable racing together

  • Test race procedures and communication

  • Ensure race settings are dialed in before points races begin

Practice race announcements will be posted in Discord as the dates are finalized.

Broadcast Plans Still Developing

Another exciting development is that discussions are underway regarding potential live broadcast coverage of league races.

While nothing has been officially finalized, the goal is to bring professional-style streaming and race commentary to SMASH HQ events.

If confirmed, broadcasts would allow fans and community members to follow the races live while giving drivers additional exposure.

More details on streaming and broadcast partners will be announced as plans move forward.

Building Something Long-Term

The SMASH HQ Racing League is designed to be more than just another online series.

The goal is to create a structured weekend racing league built for real people with real schedules — drivers who work during the week but still want competitive racing on the weekends.

With the schedule page live, driver sign-ups growing, and infrastructure expanding, Season 1 is shaping up to be the start of something much bigger.

More updates, practice races, and league announcements are coming soon.
